Surf Sports is a big part of who we are as a club. We provide our Juniors, Seniors and Masters with the opportunity to take part in our surf sports training and instil the skills required to compete in lifesaving carnivals.
There are many areas within surf sports from your individual craft events such as swimming, board and ski paddling, beach sprints and beach flags, Ironman and Ironwoman up to your Surf Boat and IRB Racing team events.

Clubs have an obligation to supply sufficient accredited Officials at both Junior and Senior carnivals to allow members to compete. Volunteering to become an accredited Level 1 Surf Sports Official requires a high level of commitment and it is advised that this is considered before nominating for this position.
Participants must be financial members of their Club and it is recommended to have at least one year’s involvement in Surf Lifesaving. Please see the below Circular if you are interested in becoming a Surf Sports Official.
